Discovery begins with high-fidelity, unbiased data. With the launch of CosMx Same-Cell Multiomics, researchers can now interrogate RNA and protein in and around each cell in their tissue, unlocking a deeper understanding of cellular function with spatial context.

The CosMx SMI Same-Cell Multiomics workflow is the only solution to enable detection of over 19,000 RNA and 72 proteins, all within the same FFPE tissue section. This high-fidelity spatial multiomics platform delivers whole transcriptome and high-plex protein data at subcellular resolution, allowing scientists to move beyond inferring biology from cell types to directly making biological insights using a pathway-centered approach.
