Software Update Files

This page contains the latest files to update the CosMx® Spatial Molecular Imager on-instrument Software.

Please select the file below that matches the version of the CosMx Control Center Software that you are interested in installing. Always download the Setup and .upg files during updates and ensure that the Control Center Version number for both matches the version number you intend to update to. For OS updates, only the CosMxOSSetup.msi file is required. If you do not see the file you need, please contact spatial.support.bsb@bruker.com for assistance.
