64 Plex Subcellular Protein Profiling of Proteins
With CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager (SMI) we characterized human tonsil FFPE tissue with the 64 plex CosMx Human Immuno-Oncology Protein Panel. With over 13,229,315 cells captured, this pre-validated and pre-optimized panel offers researchers the ability to analyze proteins at the single cell level.
How it Works
This dataset was generated using a 64 plex protein assay, the CosMx Human Immuno-Oncology Protein panel, which was designed for an imaging-based readout on the CosMx SMI.
