GeoMx® DSP Configuration & Calibration Files

GeoMx DSP configuration files are required to associate GeoMx RNA and Protein assay targets with GeoMx HybCode barcodes and Seq Code primers. Additionally, Morphology Kit configuration files are used to auto populate key target information for ROI selection in the GeoMx DSP Software.
