Bulk Proteomics Made Easy by nCounter

nCounter® Protein Assays enable direct, digital quantification of protein expression in bulk samples. Leveraging the trusted, reliable nCounter analysis workflow, each extensively validated antibody is conjugated to a unique DNA oligonucleotide that serves as a molecular barcode, allowing highly multiplexed protein detection without the need for enzymatic amplification or complex sample preparation. The workflow provides reproducible counts of protein abundance with minimal hands-on time, making it well suited for any application that benefits from integrating protein data with RNA measurements from the same samples.

Assays are organized into curated panels designed to cover critical research areas. These panels include carefully selected antibodies against key biomarkers and disease-relevant targets, giving you the flexibility to choose the panel that best matches your experimental needs.

Flexible Multiomics Panel Options

Stackable 200-500 plex nCounter Protein Panels can be combined with any nCounter Gene Expression Panel. All nCounter Protein Panels require use of the nCounter Human Immune Core Protein Panel, which contains 11 key housekeeping genes. Protein Panels can be combined to maximize marker coverage.

nCounter Human Immune Pathways Protein Panel

This 204-plex panel enables analysis of proteins focused on immune pathway content. Targets cover adaptive and innate immunity, as well as immune signaling and trafficking.

nCounter Human Tumor Signaling Protein Panel

This 325-plex panel enables analysis of proteins focused on tumor signaling. Coverage includes key cellular processes in cancer such as apoptosis and autophagy, as well as metabolism and more than 25 tumor signaling pathways.
